BDMS Global Group started as a family-owned business specialising in property acquisitions in the United Kingdom in 2014. Part of the property services provided by the group also included UK-regulated mortgage brokerage services under Chrisbond Ltd.  Also included in the group property services property division are short-let accommodations, now currently operating under the brand name Chrisbond Global Ltd.

The short-let property division of BDMS Global Group is a joint venture partnership with Bee My Host (http://www.beemyhost.com ), a UK-based short-let property management company, managing a combined portfolio of over 50 properties in and around London.

BDMS Global Group’s current operations:
Our global operations team is currently based in the United Kingdom, where we are headquartered. Since 2023, we have extended our services to Africa, and we currently have a dedicated specialist team based in Nigeria providing B2B services for the country, including other parts of Africa. It has always been our long-term aim and objective to maintain a strong presence in different regions of Africa. Our regional operations in this region are run by our dedicated specialist team based in Lagos, Abuja, and Kaduna, Nigeria.

Our service coverage also extends to other parts of Europe, including Nigeria and other parts of Africa.
